Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer. VILLACAR S.R.L. (CUIT 30-71482689-8), with its registered office at Uruguay 911, 4th Floor, Apartment A, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, which operates under the brand name Invernalia Rent a Car.
2. Effective Date. From October 21, 2026, following the publication of the drawing, through Sunday, December 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Argentina time).
3. Participants. Individuals over the age of 21 who are residents of the Argentine Republic, excluding the provinces of Río Negro and Neuquén, with a valid driver’s license, a credit card in their name for the security deposit, and a real Instagram account. Employees of VILLACAR S.R.L. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Fake accounts, accounts created solely for sweepstakes, accounts that use bots or automated programs, and accounts that violate these rules will be disqualified.
4. No obligation to buy. You do not need to make a purchase or sign up for any service to participate.
5. Mechanics. Follow the @invernaliarentacar account, like a post about the giveaway, and comment on it by tagging someone else. Comments on any of @invernaliarentacar’s giveaway posts count. Each comment that tags a different person counts as one entry, and you can comment every day. Comments that don’t tag anyone, or that repeat the same tag, don’t count.
6. Double chance. Anyone who shares a post about the giveaway in their Story and tags @invernaliarentacar—with their account set to public—will have their entries counted twice in the final drawing. The tag is recorded when the @invernaliarentacar account receives a notification while the Story is live.
7. Weekly giveaways. On Mondays, November 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30, and December 7, 2026, one winner and one alternate will be randomly selected from the valid entries submitted the previous week (Monday through Sunday; the first week begins on October 21). A single account can win only one weekly prize and remains eligible for the final drawing.
8. Weekly prize. A 50% discount on the rental rate for stays of up to 7 days, excluding add-ons and optional coverage, with pickup in Bariloche or San Martín de los Andes (Chapelco), during the 2027 off-season: March 1 through June 30 and September 1 through November 30, 2027, excluding Holy Week and long weekends. Subject to availability; book at reservas@invernaliarentacar.com at least 15 days in advance. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
9. Final drawing. On Monday, December 14, 2026, one winner and two alternates will be randomly selected from all valid entries for the period, with the double chance applied. All drawings are conducted using a comment-based drawing tool, recorded, and posted to @invernaliarentacar’s Stories.
10. Notice to the winners. Invernalia contacts the winners via direct message, exclusively from @invernaliarentacar. Each winner has 72 hours to respond; if they do not respond or do not meet the conditions, the prize goes to the next alternate.
11. Grand Prize. Seven (7) calendar days of rental for a 4x2 SUV or similar vehicle, with pickup and drop-off in Bariloche (airport or downtown), including unlimited mileage and basic collision damage waiver (CDW) coverage, with the applicable deductible. Valid during the 2027 off-season, from March 1 through June 30 or from September 1 through November 30, excluding Holy Week and long weekends, subject to availability, with reservations made at least 15 days in advance via reservas@invernaliarentacar.com.
12. What the prizes do not include. Fuel, additional driver, extras (snow chains, infant car seat, TelePASE, etc.), Comprehensive Coverage, Cross-Border Coverage, drop-off fee at a different location, tolls, fines, transfers, and the deductible in the event of damage.
13. Rental Terms and Conditions. The following apply: Invernalia Rent a Car Rental Terms and Conditions. The primary driver must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and present a credit card in their name as a security deposit.
14. Personal awards. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
15. Personal information. Winners’ personal information is used solely for the purpose of awarding prizes, in accordance with Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data. Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, correction, and deletion by writing to info@invernaliarentacar.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information, the oversight body for Law 25,326, handles complaints and claims from individuals whose rights have been infringed upon due to noncompliance with personal data protection regulations.
16. Image usage. Winners agree to have their Instagram username published as a winner of the giveaway.
17. Instagram. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta, nor is it associated with them. Participants release Instagram and Meta from any liability.
18. Probability of winning. It depends on the number of valid entries. For example, with 1,000 valid entries in a week, each entry has a 1 in 1,000 chance of winning the weekly prize.
19. Announcement of the winners. The winning users are posted in @invernaliarentacar's Stories on the day of each giveaway and remain in the "Giveaway" highlighted Stories until December 31, 2026.
20. Taxes. If any taxes, fees, or levies are due on the prizes, they will be the responsibility of the winner.
21. Jurisdiction. The ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the rights granted to participants under consumer protection law.
22. Acceptance and Changes. Participation implies acceptance of these rules. On October 21, 2026, the contest period and prizes were expanded, and residents of Río Negro and Neuquén were excluded; all previous entries remain valid. VILLACAR S.R.L. may modify these rules or suspend the drawing due to force majeure, providing notice through the same channel.
