When picking up the vehicle, you will need:
- Passport or national identity card.

Driver’s License Requirements
When picking up the vehicle, both the primary driver and any additional drivers must present a valid driver’s license. It must be physical. A digital license is considered complementary to the physical license. If you do not have a physical driver’s license, the rental company reserves the right to refuse to release the vehicle to you.
Forms of Identification
You must present your ID or passport.
Age Restrictions
The minimum age to drive this vehicle is 18 years old.
All age-related restrictions and fees apply to all additional drivers.
Arrival Information
If you arrive by plane, the car rental company requires your flight number at least 3 days before the rental period begins. If you do not provide the flight number, the car rental company is not responsible if your plane is delayed and the car is unavailable. Be sure to provide your flight number and not any other number the airline may have sent you, such as your confirmation number.
Mileage
Your rental includes unlimited mileage.
Additional Drivers
You can add additional drivers to your rental for an additional fee.
Insurance, Coverage, and Exemptions (Included in the Price)
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
In the event of body damage during the rental, the maximum amount you may be required to pay is the so-called “damage waiver.” This coverage is only valid if the terms of the rental agreement are met. Other vehicle parts (such as windows, wheels, interior, roof, or underbody), fees (such as towing or downtime), or items inside the vehicle (such as child seats, GPS devices, or personal belongings) are not covered.
Third-Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
This covers the driver’s liability for injuries or property damage covered by the policy. However, it does not cover potential injuries to the driver or damage to the rental vehicle. This coverage is only valid if the terms of the rental agreement are met.
Theft Insurance (TP)
In the event of theft, the maximum amount you may be required to pay for replacement is the so-called “theft deductible.” This coverage is only valid if the terms of the rental agreement are met.
Warranty/Deductible (Included in the price)
We will request a warranty upon pick-up of the vehicle and pre-authorize your credit card. This will be released at the end of the rental, provided the vehicle is returned in the agreed-upon condition.
Premium CDW (Optional insurance not included)
Premium Coverage (PCDW)
Partial Collision Damage Waiver (PCDW) reduces the driver’s liability in the event of vehicle damage. It limits the driver’s legal obligation to pay for the cost of repairs or replacement of the vehicle, always in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
IMPORTANT: All vehicles have a total damage deductible with PREMIUM CDW.
By purchasing Premium Coverage before picking up the vehicle, we will limit your liability and you will be covered for:
- windshield and glass damage
- tire theft
- locks
- minor body scratches
- immobilization charges (while the vehicle is being repaired and cannot be rented)
- roadside assistance charges in the event of an accident or breakdown
- administrative charges applicable to any of the aforementioned points
